Formerly launched as Commoner's Town in 2006, over an area of approx. 7000 kanals, it has been renamed as DHA Phase V with Sector A, B, C, D, E, F, G & H. Phase-V is located along the Main Islamabad Highway, having dual access through DHA Expressway and L.A.K.E Boulevard. It exists in the area, which has tremendous landscape and natural beauty.
DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi Phase 6 (Ex Phase – 2 Ext) was launched in March 2005 and is spread over an area of 55,000 kanals (estimated). After re-designing a master plan incorporating Overseas Sector, DHA Valley and DHA Expressway, the contract for development of Phase 6 (Ex Phase – 2 Ext) has been concluded and development work is underway.
DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi has made another exceptional move towards the development of its Phases according to modern infrastructure and design. The masterplan is designed by world-renowned Town Planning company ‘OJRM’ Los Angeles, USA.
Launched on 18 August “2008” and is adjacent to DHA Phase II Extension. The project has written new stories of success & met with unmatched response from the general public. Heavy earth moving equipment has been deployed at the site to transform the existing landscapes & valleys to a world class township. In this regard the development work of Expressway has already been started which will link Islamabad Highway with DHA Valley. Residents of DHA Valley will have exclusive access to all the world class services & amenities like Jamia Mosque, Golf Course, Theme Park & Community club etc.
