Location

Bahria Enclave has a very peaceful location. It is far enough from the main city to avoid heavy traffic and noise pollution, yet, it is close enough to be able to easily access the main city when needed in less than 20 minutes. Bahria Enclave is situated near some of the notable societies like Park View City, Chatha Bakhtawar and Bani Gala

Commercial Area

The Bahria Enclave has been designed in a way to facilitate its every sector. However, two of the commercial areas stand out among those, Enclave Avenue and the Urban Boulevard.  

Enclave Avenue:

Enclave Avenue is the first road you drive along as you enter Bahria Enclave. This wide two way road borders with a Blue Area style commercial area where you can find restaurants such as Gloria Jeans, Pizza Originale etc. the Bahria Enclave Hospital which is under construction, can also be found on this Avenue. One of the most talked about new projects, The Royal Mall and Residency is also located on the Enclave Avenue along with a lot more projects underway.     

Urban Boulevard:

Urban Boulevard is like the markaz of Bahria Enclave. Urban Boulevard has a very civic centre-esque setting;  a commercial area in a circle with a big roundabout in the middle. Here you can find restaurants including OPTP, New Quetta Alamgir cafe, Smokey’s  Bistro and alot more. Electronics stores, barbers, convenience stores, pharmacies, banks, all can be found here in the Urban boulevard.    

Ways to commute:

Unfortunately, currently you cannot find local taxis roaming around Bahria Enclave. However, The Careem and Uber drivers are conveniently and quickly found around the area in the major sectors for commuting. 

Medical care/ Hospitals:

The developers of Bahria Enclave have tried to make this society a self-sustaining one which is why Bahria Enclave has planned its own Hospital called Bahria Enclave Hospital which is under construction and will prove to be a very modern hospital with all the facilities and equipment. Currently if you seek medical attention, unfortunately you would have to leave Bahria Enclave. The closest hospital you can find is the NIH hospital and the Al Nafees Medical College and Hospital which are about 15 minutes away from Bahria Enclave.
