The Chairman of the Capital Development Authority (CDA), Chaudhry Muhammad Ali Randhawa, is cracking down on overdue payments for commercial and other plots. Following the Interior Minister’s visit, Randhawa issued a clear warning: settle your dues on time or risk losing your allotment.
Randhawa is also tackling another hurdle—unresolved payments with the Islamabad Electric Supply Company (Iesco). He’s instructed officials to investigate this issue and ensure smooth operations.
The Chairman CDA applauded the ongoing efforts to remove illegal encroachments and urged his team to keep the momentum going. He also praised the hardworking CDA board members, encouraging them to find innovative ways to increase the CDA’s income. After all, a healthy budget means more development projects for Islamabad!
