Best Hotel Chains for Business Travel in Pakistan

Pakistan’s hospitality sector has reached a turning point with the signing of a franchise agreement between the IMARAT Group of Companies and Marriott International to launch Residence Inn and Courtyard by Marriott in prime locations throughout the country.

The hotels will be constructed in the nation’s capital, offering guests first-rate lodging in addition to top-notch amenities and services. An insight into these luxury hotels has been listed below.

Residence Inn by Marriott

In January 2021, Marriott and IMARAT Group signed an agreement,  securing a contract to build a Residence Inn hotel in Pakistan. The project, which stretches over 2,730 square yards in size, intends to incorporate a retail area on the ground floor and a hotel on the top five floors.

The ground level will serve as the boutique hotel’s special entrance, while the basement will house separate parking. The Residence Inn will be furnished with all the conveniences required for a luxury-filled business life.

These include boardrooms, conference rooms, restaurants, a gym, a spa, and a rooftop pool – making Residence Inn one of best business hotel chains in the country.

Four Points by Sheraton

A contract between IMARAT Group and Marriott has been struck to construct Four Points by Sheraton in Islamabad. It will be situated on the Islamabad Highway, amid one of Pakistan’s largest shopping centres, Mall of Arabia.

The mall will be located next to Bahria Town, Defense Housing Authority (DHA), and other nearby societies. Boasting a mid-century Arabian architecture, Four Points by Sheraton will be Islamabad’s top luxury residence and among the few hotels that cater to business travellers in the country.

The hotel will feature a variety of amenities, such as executive, business, and classic rooms, restaurants serving a variety of cuisines, a complete gym, a swimming pool, and a spa.

G-11 Hotel | Courtyard by Marriott

IMARAT, in collaboration with Marriott, is constructing a Courtyard by Marriott hotel in sector G-11, currently known as ‘G-11 Hotel’.  Once finished, it will be the nearest hotel to Islamabad International Airport, alongside being one of the few hotel chains for business travellers available in the city.

The hotel will also offer 200 suites, a business centre, and a rooftop swimming pool in addition to restaurants, event rooms, shops, and fitness centres.

Fairfield by Marriott

In order to fulfil its goal of offering top-class hospitality, IMARAT Group recently signed an MOU with Marriott International to open its fourth Marriott hotel, located in DHA Multan.

On the occasion of the MoU’s signing, Mr. Shafiq Akbar, Chairman of IMARAT Group, stated: “We are working to improve the Pakistani tourism industry, as well as creating job opportunities and raising client service standards, which adds value to our current portfolio of brands.

We are anticipating receiving our fourth franchise from Marriott with excitement’.

How IMARAT Group is Changing the Future of Hospitality in Pakistan

With the signing of a franchise agreement between the IMARAT Group of Companies and Marriott International, a new era in Pakistan’s hospitality sector has begun, signified by the opening Marriott hotels in various places throughout the country.
