Islamabad: To celebrate Brazilian culture, Islamabad Marriott Hotel is hosting a three-day Brazilian Soul Food and Music Festival in collaboration with the Embassy of Brazil.
The festival will start today (September 18) to attract food and music lovers from the twin cities and adjoining regions. Special arrangements have been made to make the event special. Brazilian Chef Kiki Ferrari will be accompanied by Cluster Executive Chef of Islamabad Marriott Hotel Thomas Figovc to prepare some of the popular and widely appreciated dishes from the Brazilian cuisine. From roasted meats to toasted Cassava Flour and from pickled chilies to smoky stews, the event is set to brand Brazilian Cuisine in the far and wide.
Other food kiosks include Brazilian-style Cold Meat, Mixed Seafood Salad, Amazonian Whole Fish, Grilled Lamb Chops with Creamy Polenta, and much more.
In addition to food, the famous Brazilian DJ Tamara Maravilha will entertain the guests with her exciting mix of musical performances.
