Eid, an occasion completed as family, relatives and friends come together to celebrate.

Alas, we’re living through the most unique of times as the dynamics of social interactions and celebrations are constantly being redefined.

But that doesn’t mean we can’t celebrate… It is about finding new ways to celebrate!

Eid is a celebration blessed upon Muslims by Allah. It is an opportunity to reflect on Ramadan and all of the wonderful aspects of our lives that we are blessed to have.

In the wake of COVID-19, many are struggling, be it a loss of a loved one, a friend, an opportunity or a job. This Eid spread happiness by helping people.

Help someone buy clothes for their family to celebrate Eid.

Help someone out by buying grocery and ration bags or distribute food among the less fortunate.

Help someone by covering their school fee.

Everyone deserves to celebrate Eid.

This Eid lets come together as a society to encourage each other to celebrate Eid not for us, but for the more deserving groups of our society.

With this, we must also remember the importance of celebrating Eid responsibly at our homes with our loved ones.

Let’s work together to spread happiness and joy.
