KAGHAN: The Kaghan Development Authority (KDA) has launched an operation to clear the snow and debris caused by a recent landslide on the eight-kilometre-long Lake Saif-ul-Muluk.
This initiative aims to restore the popular tourist destination within a couple of days, providing visitors with access to the picturesque lake nestled amidst the majestic, snow-covered mountains of the Naran Valley.
During the winter season, heavy snowfall and landslides rendered the road leading to the lake inaccessible to tourists. Acknowledging the significance of restoring this renowned attraction, Chairman KDA, Dr. Amil Zaman Khan, and Director General (DG) Tariq Khan issued special instructions to the KDA staff to undertake the task of clearing the road and making it available for tourists once again.
With the aid of heavy machinery, the dedicated staff of the KDA has already commenced the arduous task of removing the snow and debris left by the landslide.
Their efforts aim to ensure the safety of visitors and create a seamless travel experience to the captivating Lake Saif-ul-Muluk.
