RAWALPINDI: The initiatives to enhance Ease of Doing Business by Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) have expedited business activities in the city.
In a meeting, Chairman RDA, Tariq Mehmood, informed that the civic authority had unveiled a One Window Operation Center to facilitate the general public. The chairman also viewed that RDA has set a time frame for issuing NOCs and approval of building plans.
According to the details, the civic authority has amended the commercialisation fee from 20pc to 10pc under the Land Use Rule 2021.
The initiatives of RDA also involve approving commercial and domestic maps in 30 days, while approvals pertaining to housing schemes in 75 days.
