KARACHI: According to the data released by the State Bank of Pakistan, Roshan Digital Accounts (RDAs) attracted $671mn in the period of the last six months. Half of the cumulative inflows have been registered in the last eight weeks.
The central bank further mentioned that number of accounts registered under RDA has crossed 100,000 with most of the accounts opened from 100 different countries.
RDAs have been introduced for the facilitation of overseas Pakistanis to provide them easy access to the financial services, and formal banking sector of Pakistan.
