As per plan, each scheme will be spread over 2000 kanals and launched on a public- private partnership basis. For four plots measuring 10 marla each, RDA will give land owners a 10 marla developed plot in the same housing scheme with zero additional payments.

RDA Chairman Arif Abbasi said 25 percent from 2000 kanals will be reserved for essential services. The remaining 20 percent will be divided into three marla plots, 40 percent into five marla, 20 percent into 10 marla and 20 percent into one kanal plots.

2000 kanals for the farm house scheme will be divided into plots of four kanal each. This scheme will include a park, mosque, graveyard and educational institutions.
