HYDERABAD: Government plans to hand over Rani Bagh, one of the largest recreational areas to the private sector to revive it.
According to Hyderabad Deputy Commissioner, Rani Bagh will be handed to the private sector under the public-private partnership model. The government is taking a consultant on board to conduct a feasibility study.
According to DC Hyderabad, there was a need for recreational activities in the city. He went on to say that the existing facility’s standard needed to be raised to a new level with modern amenities.
The documents will be available to prospective private companies from November 18 to December 22, and the bids will be opened publicly on December 23 at the Karachi headquarters of the local government and housing town planning department.
