Developers of Quaid e Azam Business Park

It is a project of the Punjab Industrial Estates Development & Management Company (PIEDMC), which is an independent and non-profit enterprise owned by the government of Punjab and governed by an autonomous Board of Directors. This company is responsible for the project.

Most administrators are prominent position holders within the regime, in addition to private sector businessmen; this makes PIEDMC an example of a Public-Private Partnership that is quite effective (PPP).

In addition, Pakistan is in the process of establishing several other special economic zones (SEZs), such as the Rashakai Special Economic Zone (RSEZ) and the Dhabeji Special Economic Zone (DSEZ), both of which will contribute to an increase in economic activity within the nation as construction on the CPEC project draws to a close.

Conclusion

It is the only intelligently designed industrial zone in the nation. On a total land area of 1,536 acres, it will be the premier location for conducting business. When finished, the park is anticipated to create around 250,000 employees, including both skilled and unskilled positions. In addition to this goal, the project intends to provide working women with outstanding professional prospects.

The Quaid e Azam Business Park was established to lure Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) into the country. This would result in the development of prospects for expansion across a wide range of industries and the creation of many employment opportunities within the province.

You should now have a better understanding of Quaid-e-Azam Business Park, located in Sheikhupura, and the potential investment prospects it presents to investors from both local and international locations.
