The Punjab Provincial Development Working Party (PDWP) has approved ten significant development projects with an estimated cost of PKR 20.67 billion. These projects aim to enhance infrastructure and service delivery across multiple sectors, reflecting the government’s commitment to progress and growth in the region.
The approval came during the 14th PDWP meeting of the fiscal year 2023-24, chaired by the Planning and Development Board Chairman. Senior officials and representatives from various departments were present to deliberate and finalize the proposed plans.
Key projects include upgrading roads, establishing healthcare facilities, and bolstering urban development initiatives. These initiatives are designed to improve connectivity, enhance public services, and elevate living standards in Punjab.
