LAHORE: The Punjab government has launched an online platform to no-objection certificates (NOCs) to the construction sector, informed Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar.
The initiative was lauded by Provincial Minister for Housing Mian Mahmoodur Rasheed.
At the occasion, the CM was of the view that Digitalization is a step towards e-governance and also a precursor to ensure Ease of doing Business (EOB). While expressing his approval over bringing different services under one platform, he highlighted that a duration of 30 days has been set for the map approval and completion certificates and simultaneously a timeline of 60-75 days has been assigned for the issuance of NOCs for housing societies.
