Procedure for sub-division of plot

An individual applying for the sub-division of plot at CDA is required to follow a certain procedure set by the civic authority. The procedure along with documents is as below:

  • Attested copy of the allotment letter should be attached; once the sub-division plan is approved, the original allotment letter will have to be surrendered.
  • Four copies of sub-division plan dully signed by the architect and the allottee.
  • NOC taken from the Revenue Department, CDA also to be attached.
  • Pay order according to the prescribed rate of Rs.75/ per sq.yd to be attached in favor of CDA.
