The civic authority of Islamabad has devised a procedure for the issuance of separate transfer letters in case of more than one transferee. The procedure of issuance is as follows:
In the case of more than one transferee, different copies of the Transfer letter can be obtained. Moreover, if a co-allottee wants to transfer his share, all the other co-allottees will have to give in their original transfer letters so that new transfer letters could be issued.
