The motto of Hunarmand Pakistan is ‘Skills for All’ and its purpose is to enhance the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector of the country.

At the launch, the Prime Minister said that skill training would be provided to 0.5 million youth under the programme, with an aim to train 175,000 in the first phase.
