ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan will launch work on ‘CPEC City’ – a mega-development project in Rashakai town of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P), under China Pakistan Economic City (CPEC) on November 18, reported Federal Minister for Defence Pervez Khattak in a public meeting.
Education and commercial zones, public buildings, apartments, and sports and entertainment facilities including a theme park and golf course will be some of the salient features of the mega-project, the defense minister further added.
The project aimed at boosting the provincial economy, will, in turn, generate employment and enhance business opportunities for the people of Nowshera and nearby districts.
