PM directs timely completion of Gujranwala and Rawalpindi projects

ISLAMABAD: PM Imran Khan while chairing a meeting on Tuesday directed relevant authorities to complete development projects in Gujranwala and Rawalpindi in time.

As per the details, development work on Rawalpindi Regeneration, Nullah Lai Expressway project, and Gujranwala Development Plan was reviewed in the meeting.

While speaking on the occasion, the PM said that the facilitation of the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is the top priority of the government which will foster economic growth.

The Gujranwala development plan pertains to harnessing the potential of the region in the manufacturing and services sector along with formulating policies for agriculture.

Similarly, the Nullah Lai project is about increasing the mobility of the city along with increasing economic activity in the city.
