LAHORE: Pakistani freelancers have earned a total export revenue of $397.328 million during the fiscal year 2021-22.
This figure includes IT-related export services totalling around $265.444 million and other non-IT-related services amounting to $131.884 million.
Compared to the previous fiscal year’s total revenue of $396.243 million, a 2.4 percent growth rate has been witnessed. This included IT-related exports of $363.064 million and non-IT-related exports of $33.179 million.
Comparing only IT-related exports, a decrease of 28.88 percent has been reported, dipping from $363.243 million to $265.444 million over the past two years.
On the contrary, non-IT exports sky-rocketed, recording a massive increase of 297.492 percent.
