Pakistan’s renewed focus towards climate and tourism with the new government has garnered immense support from the populace. Ecotourism and sustainability have been a prime focus for the Premier Imran Khan.

National Logistics Cell (NLC) following the World Tourism Day has organized a countrywide cleanliness drive in coordination with various educational institutions at tourist resorts to help the tourism sector. With a plan to engage youth and students in the campaign, the aim to raise public awareness about protecting nature and promoting recycling seems to be the highlight of the drive. Student excursions are planned for tourist hotspots where littering issues are rampant.
