ISLAMABAD: Chaudhry Muhammad Ali Randhawa, the newly appointed Chief Commissioner of Islamabad, wasted no time in taking charge of his responsibilities. Venturing straight into action, he embarked on a visit to the iconic Faisal Mosque, accompanied by officials from the engineering wing.
During his visit, he emphasised the immediate commencement of essential decoration and repair works at the mosque. Randhawa stressed the urgency of completing the necessary repairs by the end of the day, further insisting on the comprehensive maintenance of the mosque.
Later, Chief Commissioner Randhawa convened a meeting with members of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) board. The gathering served as an opportunity to brief the officials on the progress of various developmental projects unfolding across Islamabad. Engaged in the session, the CDA members and other attendees provided detailed insights into the administrative intricacies of the authority, shedding light on their respective spheres of influence.
Expressing his expectations, Chief Commissioner Randhawa urged swift action to conclude all ongoing projects promptly. He emphasized the importance of adhering to timelines and encouraged further enhancements in administrative efficiency to ensure seamless project execution.
