LDA establishes directorate for LDA city apartments

LAHORE: Director General, LDA has formulated a directorate to monitor and evaluate the development progress on 4000 apartment projects. The project is being developed under the umbrella of LDA City Naya Pakistan Apartments.

The directorate is officially named as Directorate of Housing XII and will be administered by Additional Directorate General (Urban Planning).

The directorate will perform functions pertaining to the estate management, sales, and marketing of the apartments.

The hierarchy of the department is developed such that a 19-grade officer will take charge as director, an officer of 18-grade will have the designation of deputy director while two officers of grade 17 will be posted as assistant directors. The seats in the directorate are also reserved for lower staff.
