Lahore: In a meeting presided by Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Director General Amna Imran Khan, Pakistan Engineering Council Chairman Javed Saleem Qureshi met with a five-member deputation over revisions in LDA construction rules and regulations.
Discussions about adopting state of the art technology for fire fighting, safety, plumbing, electrical networks, structures of engineering panels, online map approvals, safety measures and parking spaces was also put on the table.
The deputation comprised of Chief Town Planner Syed Nadeem Akhtar Zaidi, Chief Engineer Mazhar Hussain Khan, Chief Metropolitan Planner Azhar Ali and Director Metropolitan Planning Ahmed Syed Sultan.
