
LAHORE: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) on Wednesday auctioned off 18 of its commercial plots in various LDA-approved housing societies in the city, with the plots valued at Rs139.316 million in total. The auctioning ceremony was held at the LDA Community Centre, Garden Town.
The civic agency’s major auctions were in the locality of Jubilee Town, where it sold six commercial plots. The authorities auctioned off plot number 804/10 block B for Rs9.932 million, plot number 633/5 block A for Rs9.473 million, plot number 762/3 block C for Rs5.970 million, plot number 762/2 block C for Rs5.510 million, plot number 629/6 block A for Rs5.274 million, and plot number 629/4 block A for Rs5.192 million.
In the locality of Sabzazar, LDA auctioned plot number 194-B block N for Rs 7.95 million, and plot number 194, block N for Rs7.920 million. In Johar Town, adjacent plot numbers 363-B block M and 363-A Block M were auctioned for Rs9.093 million and Rs9.392 million respectively, along with plot number 363-corner block M for Rs10.635 million.
