PESHAWAR: In a joint venture to digitally transform the province, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Technology Board (KPITB) and Pakistan Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (PCSIR) have come on board to establish a digital complex in Peshawar.
Chief Minister Mahmood Khan and Federal Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry and other relevant officials were present on the occasion.
In addition to featuring information technology and science parks, the complex will also house incubation and co-working facilities, data centre, business process outsourcing ready facilities, IT companies, display centres, auditorium and related facilities.
Through this initiative, the government has committed to boost the economy and the IT sector by providing endless opportunities for both, national and international investors, promote entrepreneurship and generate employment for the youth overall.
