KP govt introduces mechanism for timely completion of projects

PESHAWAR: The provincial government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is all set to introduce a mechanism for ensuring the timely completion of the development projects in the province.

According to the details, the mechanism will also help to monitor the projects and will ensure quality and transparency in the development projects.

As per the Planning and Development Department, the monitoring mechanism will allow to expedite the development work, and it will help to remove the barriers in the development process.

The new mechanism will come into effect after the approval from Planning and Development Department.

As per the media reports, the Additional Chief Secretary will be in charge of monitoring the programmes and a report will be submitted to Chief Minister, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
