KARACHI: The Sindh Minister for Industries & Commerce Jam Ikramullah Dharejo, has announced that two flyovers have been approved at Siemens and Ghani roundabouts in SITE area.
The decision has been directed to solve the burdening traffic congestion in the metropolitan.
In a recent address to members of the Association of Industry, it was announced that SITE Association of Industry members will also be involved in the execution of an upcoming project, and a notification regarding a coordination committee will be released soon.
During the address, it was also revealed that various roads and nullahs in the SITE area are currently undergoing rehabilitation and reconstruction, with some projects already completed.
These efforts are being funded by the Sindh government, and it was emphasized that the cooperation of industrialists is essential for achieving economic progress.
The meeting was attended by President KCCI Muhammad Tariq Yousuf, SVP Abdul Kadir Bilwani, VP Muhammad Hussain Moosani, former president Abdul Hadi, members of the executive committee and general members.
