ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Wildlife Management Board (IMWB) announced an uplift project worth Rs1.8 billion, informed Chairperson Rina Saeed Khan.
The project concept-I (PC-I) has been submitted to the Ministry of Climate Change for approval, it was further added.
Under this initiative, the authority has planned to establish a centre for national park services, setting up wildlife rescue service, conversion of the zoo into a wildlife sanctuary, and developing and managing trails for MHNP.
