ISLAMABAD: IT Park Islamabad will provide 15,000 employment opportunities after its completion, informs the Ministry of Information Technology.
According to details, IT experts, students, and industry professionals will be facilitated by the IT park.
The project will be finished in 30 months costing Rs13.72 billion which will facilitate the technology transfer through industry-academia collaboration and support technology commercialization.
Furthermore, it will alleviate the IT sector’s infrastructure shortage and increase IT exports and industry competitiveness.
The Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunications laid the foundation stone of the IT Park at Chak Shahzad on May 6 aiming to fulfil Digital Pakistan Vision.
