As per the details, the court deemed the claims to be bogus and ordered the concerned authorities to take appropriate action.

The affected individuals had filed a lawsuit, alleging that the Capital Development Authority (CDA) had failed to provide them with essential amenities. The court had directed the CDA to conduct personal hearings for the claimants, leading to the submission of their appeals.

After a thorough investigation of the submitted claims, it was revealed that they were fraudulent, as none of the records provided by the claimants matched the official records of the CDA.

The affected individuals, who were obstructing the developmental work in the E-12 sector, also occupied government land unlawfully.

The CDA has now presented a detailed report to the Islamabad High Court, following which an operation to curb encroachments will be initiated, and the pending developmental work in the remaining areas of the E-12 sector will be completed.
