IMARAT Group has announced the construction of its fourth hotel, Fairfield by Marriott, in partnership with Marriott International in DHA Multan.
The MoU signing ceremony was hosted at the Imarat HQ by Imarat Hospitality Project. The event was attended by Mr. Ziad Abi Raad (Director, Lodging Development) from Marriott International along with senior members of Imarat Group.
Chairman IMARAT Group Mr. Shafiq Akbar stated, “We are working for the betterment of the tourism industry in Pakistan, as well as generating job opportunities and improving standards of client servicing, which adds value to our existing portfolio of brands. We are excited and looking forward to our fourth hotel with Marriott”.
Fairfield is the second largest Marriott International brand, based on the number of hotels, and continues to grow rapidly. Fairfield presents an opportunity to develop an upper-midscale hotel, powered by Marriott International’s top revenue-generating and operational engines. Its 30+ year legacy in the hospitality sector offers owners and franchisees a highly efficient economic model that delivers strong results. This will be the first Fairfield by Marriott hotel opening in Pakistan.
