IMARAT Group of Companies, one of Pakistan’s leading real estate groups, is collaborating with the Pakistan Army to provide flood affected communities with help and relief.
To aid the Army’s relief work in flood-hit areas, the company has made an effort to provide ration and other necessities such as clothes and shoes, medicines, hygiene items (toiletries/sanitary products), and blankets/bedding.
Employees were also requested to donate to the noble cause, so that help could reach those in dire need. Donation boxes were set up in every branch of the conglomerate, urging employees to partake in this communal effort.
Pakistan is currently facing the worst floods in decades, with ⅓ of the country expected to be inundated by the end of the monsoon spell. With more than 33 million people displaced and acres of land destroyed, the people are in desperate need of relief.
