In recent weeks, the rising inflation has affected several industries in Pakistan. This is mainly due to the high rupee-dollar disparity. Moreover, due to rising fuel prices in the global market, the government decided to inflict a higher tax ratio on all industries, further stressing the masses’ disposable income.

Just like all industries, the automobile industry has recorded a historical hike, with the prices of cars surging up to 50% in the last two years. With higher duties and increased registration taxes, it has become too difficult to afford new vehicles. Therefore, many people now prefer to buy used cars.

With proper research, people can find used cars in good condition within their budget. However, most people are unaware of the process of transferring vehicle ownership, so they tend to not do so. It can be highly problematic and result in challans and traffic rules violations.

Graana.com, Pakistan’s smartest property portal, brings you a guide on how to transfer vehicle ownership online in Islamabad.
