NADRA FRC Process

Following are some of the most crucial things you need to know before applying for a NADRA Family Registration Certificate.

 

Categories in Which You Can Apply

NADRA FRC is divided into three sub-categories, each with different requirements. These categories are listed below.

Birth – The certificate will have information about your family, including the details of your parents and siblings.
Marriage – Your spouse and children’s details will be included in the certificate.
Adoption – Details of your guardian will be included in the certificate.

 

FRC NADRA Documents Required for Application

 

 

 

As mentioned above, there are three different categories in which applicants can apply for a NADRA FRC.

Following are the documents required to apply for a NADRA FRC:

  • CNIC/NICOP/POC of your siblings and parents.
  • Photographs and Child Registration Certificate (CRC) of family members less than 18 years of age.
  • Death Certificate (If Required)

By Birth

If your parents and siblings are all registered in the NADRA database, you will have to submit CNIC/NICOP/POC of your siblings and parents, along with photographs and a Child Registration Certificate (CRC) of family members less than 18 years of age.

Note: Those family members that have an incomplete record or are not registered in NADRA will not appear in your Family Registration Certificate unless their data gets updated.

 

By Marriage

If you are applying for the FRC by marriage, you will have to submit the CNIC/NICOP/POC of your children and spouse instead of your siblings and parents.

 

By Adoption

In case a person is adopted, they will have to submit the required documents of their guardian for the FRC.

Methods of Application

You can apply for the NADRA FRC using one of the following given methods.

  • Visit NADRA Registration Centre (NRC)
  • Visit NADRA’s Online Portal

 

Apply for FRC by Visiting NADRA’s Registration Center (NRC)

You can go to your nearest NADRA Registration Centre (NRC) to apply for the FRC. You will have to follow these steps to get your FRC.

  1. First, you will receive a token.
  2. Once they call out your token number, visit the respective counter where they will take your photograph.
  3. Then, you will have to enter your data, but make sure it matches the data that exists in the NADRA’s database.
  4. Afterwards, the staff will print and hand over your FRC to you.

 

Apply for NADRA Family Registration Certificate FRC Online

 

 

You can choose to apply for the FRC online by visiting the Pak Identity website of NADRA. Follow the step-by-step guide given below to apply Nadra FRC online.

  1. Firstly, visit the Pak Identity website – NADRA’s online portal.
  2. Secondly, create an account, and choose the relevant category.
  3. Thirdly, provide the required details in the online application form for FRC
  4. Pay the NADRA FRC fee through NADRA’s e-Sahulat franchise or your credit card.
  5. Finally, you will have to upload your passport size photograph along with the scanned copy of your form once you have submitted your fingerprints on the designated field.

 

How Long Will it Take From Application Completion to Delivery?

The delivery time for the FRC depends on how you apply for it. There are two ways through which they deliver FRC.

 

Through NADRA’s Registration Center (NRC)

Applying through NRC will result in the issuance of the NADRA FRC  in real-time.

 

Through NADRA’s Pak Identity Website

In case you apply through the online portal, you will receive the PDF version of FRC through email within a time period of 24 hours.

FRC NADRA Fee Structure

 

 

The fee structure of NADRA FRC depends on the course of time that you choose, so, if you apply on an urgent basis, the fee would be Rs 1000, and for a normal period of FRC acquisition, the fee would be Rs 500.
