Kohat,: An amount of Rs700 million has been approved by the provincial government in regards to the uplift schemes under the Hangu beautification plan.
According to the district development advisory committee chairman MPA Shah Faisal, the sanctioned money will be spent on the construction of roads, water supply schemes, a sports stadium, parks, tourist resorts, installation of street lights and other public welfare projects.
This is the first time the district has received such a huge grant ensuring the neglected areas are being given attention.
