The university has established several administrative service centres to provide guidance and support to its students. Among these is the Communication Centre, which serves to facilitate communication between students and members of the administration.
The centre operates for 12 hours daily and provides administrative and support services to students, including responding to inquiries, processing admission applications, managing enrolment, handling fees and scholarships, scheduling classes, managing leaves, adding and dropping courses, issuing transcripts, facilitating internships, providing counseling services, and supporting career development.
The Greenwich Research & Development Centre (GRDC) is a platform for academic and professional explorers to engage in research and exploration in various disciplines and fields. The centre is designed to support and promote research through the preparation and submission of papers for seminars, conferences, and research journals.
The centre also offers training in various research fields, including Basic Research, Applied Research, Quantitative Research, Qualitative Research, Development & Evaluation Research, Strategic Research, Investigator Driven Research, Priority Driven Research and Clinical Research, Health Policy and Systems Research, Health Services Research, and Public Health Research.

It is dedicated to training and placing students in suitable careers. Qualified counsellors, trained by USAID (with whom the university has signed a Memorandum of Understanding), provide comprehensive counselling services to students, with a particular focus on women.
In addition, the GCDC organises Human Resource forums, inviting representatives from the private sector, academia, and government to discuss sector-specific HR issues, challenges, and priorities. These events provide insights into the HR needs, key skills, and requirements of the business sector and market.
There are three computer labs that offer full internet capabilities, multimedia publishing, data analysis tools, word processing, and other electronic communication options.
The computers in the labs are all branded with Core 2 Duo, Core i5, and i7 processors, and are connected through LAN and WiFi networking. In addition, the labs are also equipped with the latest multimedia devices, including laser jet printers, scanners, and video cameras, which are available for faculty and student use.
The library is designed to cater to the needs of both students and faculty members. The number of books in each department has been significantly increased, and the facility of a book bank is also available. This enables students, especially those who cannot afford expensive books, to access used ones donated by others.
Furthermore, the university library offers an extensive collection of resources to its users, including over 22,500 books and e-books. Additionally, 24 international research journals and 25 national research journals are available. Through the HEC digital library, users can access more than a million latest books and journals.
The classrooms are equipped with cutting-edge technology and interactive tools, such as touchscreen devices and high-definition projectors. Additionally, CCTV cameras are installed to ensure proper decorum is maintained during classes.
There is a designated area for sports like football, futsal, basketball, tennis, volleyball and cricket with proper markings and layouts. In addition to physical sports, the university also provides opportunities for students to engage in indoor games, such as snooker, billiard, table tennis, chess, darts, and scrabble.
To ensure that everyone has access to quality medical facilities when needed, the university has a full-time doctor on campus.
The clinic provides medical assistance to students and staff; an ambulance service is also available. Additionally, administrative staff are trained in first aid.

It is a university that has been recognised both domestically and internationally. It has been granted autonomous degree-awarding university status by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) in Pakistan. Moreover, it has also been accredited by the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) in Mauritius.
To be considered for admission here, applicants must have achieved a minimum CGPA of 2.5 in their Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification with a minimum of 2nd Division. In addition to this, applicants are required to take the Greenwich University Graduate Admission Test (GUGAT). They also need to participate in an interview and group discussion conducted by the university.
