The partnership was formalized through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Graana.com and IAP. Ms. Nimra Qazi, Vice Chairperson of IAP, represented the Institute in this strategic alliance, signifying a mutual commitment to enhancing industry expertise and public awareness in urban development and planning.

Under this collaboration, the Property Festival 2025, set to take place on April 12-13, 2025, at the Pak-China Friendship Center, Islamabad, will feature interactive workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions led by renowned architects, town planners, and industry experts. These sessions aim to address key challenges and opportunities in Pakistan’s evolving urban infrastructure, sustainable architecture, and smart city developments.

Participants will have the opportunity to gain insights into the latest trends in real estate planning, innovative architectural designs, and sustainable urban development practices. By bringing together professionals, students, and industry leaders, Graana.com and IAP aim to create a platform for dialogue, learning, and future-forward solutions.
