According to sources, the construction work for interchange will be completed at the intersection of 7th Avenue and Srinagar Avenue near the Aabpara area. The interchange is designed with four left and right loops, mirroring the shape of a cloverleaf. An underpass is also in the works to link it to Khayaban-i-Suharwardi.

As per details, the CDA has the execution of the revamping of I.J.P. Road project to the FWO. The road will alleviate the traffic which has been acting as a major hindrance for connectivity between Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
