ISLAMABAD: The Punjab Provincial Development Working Party (PPDWP) has approved five development programs worth Rs3.023bn for various sectors.
The 28th meeting of the PPDWP for the current fiscal year 2021-22 was held on Thursday (yesterday).
Chaired over by Planning & Development Board Chairman Abdullah Khan Sumbal, the body approved the following schemes: Comprehensive Sewerage, Drainage and Water Supply System in Gujrat City, advocacy campaign leading to call of action – social and behaviour change, feasibility study of the establishment of University of Technology, Rawalpindi, and the construction of a Women Development Complex.
