Faisalabad to receive funding in Annual Development Programme (ADP): Commissioner

Faisalabad: A meeting was held at the Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FCCI). While addressing, the Commissioner Mehmood Javed Bhatti focused on making modernizing Faisalabad, making in a commercial hub.

Talking about under-construction parking plazas, the commissioner decided to provide funds. He said funds would be allocated in the Annual Development Programme (ADP) as a loan.

The Commissioner emphasized on the need for local inhabitants to take ownership. They should help the government in finalizing a master plan for the city in order for a smooth regulation. The meeting also discussed an efficient system for drainage by developing a comprehensive system of storm water channels.

Meeting of commercialization committee would also be held to bring pending cases to a decision, he added.
