FAISALABAD: Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Ali has said that master plan for Faisalabad would be revamped to organise the district and structural development will be done per the modern standards to add to the prosperity of the district.
In a reception ceremony organised by the Faisalabad Chamber of Commerce and Industries in his honour, he shared the plans for revamping the master plan.
MPA Latif Nazar was also in attendance. After the welcome address presented by the President FCCI Rao Sikandar Azam, MPA Latif Nazar addressed the ceremony. He said that the current government is working with utmost sincerity to facilitate the public and issues currently faced by the city will be thoroughly remedied with the cooperation of the deputy commissioner.
The ceremony also saw Prof Dr Muhammad Sultan give a presentation on the performance of Lyallpur Eye Trust. He apprised those in attendance of the figures which highlighted the headway the trust had made. He told that more than 475 blind people can now see due to the service of transplantation of cornea provided by the trust.
