Facebook all set to step in Real Estate business

Social media giant – Facebook is all set to enter the real estate business by developing a small city over 59 acres near its Menlo Park, California.

According to the details, the city is named ‘Willow Village’ and it will encompass restaurants, markets, and a hotel with over 193 rooms.

Willow Village is going to be developed on the tenets of a planned community and the city is also going to encompass 320 affordable housing units.

The city is going to be environment friendly with special attention given to sidewalks, bicycle lanes, and public green spaces.  

Moreover, the village is also going to employ modern architecture with a unique glass-domed space as a ‘collaborative area’.
