The feature will utilise smart evaluation technology to allow buyers to purchase without a hassle or a need for an audit.

The purpose of the Instant Sale feature is to simplify procedures and enhance the overall customer experience at the DLD by ensuring that all parties are present at the real estate registration trustee office to sign contracts.

Moreover, the prices are confirmed through a smart valuation process, and after completing the payment of fees, the new title deed is issued within minutes.

Similar to DLD’s initiative, Graana.com, a real estate marketplace, is also revolutionizing the sector in Pakistan by providing technology-driven solutions to customers.

The transactions are 100% safe and secure which allows Graana.com to establish itself as the customer’s number 1 choice in the real estate arena.
