KARACHI: Sheikh Ahmed Dalmook Al Maktoum’s office has announced its plans to expand its investments in Pakistan and develop ultra-high-end golf view villas in Karachi.
To accomplish this project, the office has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Defence Housing Association (DHA) Karachi.
The ultra-high-end golf view villas will be built on the newly constructed Nick Faldo Golf Course in DHA City Karachi.
The MOU was signed by Sheikh Ahmed Dalmook Al Maktoum himself, along with other notable figures such as General Babar Iftikhar, Corps Commander 5 Core, the President of DHA, and Mr. Fakhr-e-Alam, his business partner. The project will be carried out by AMWAJ Developers, a company from the UAE.
The MOU outlines the development of state-of-the-art ultra-luxury villas to the highest international standards.
This development will be executed in collaboration with DHA City Karachi, to ensure that the construction is of the highest quality.
Additionally, Sheikh Ahmed Dalmook Al Maktoum’s office is expanding its investments in Pakistan in other areas, such as developing luxury apartments in partnership with DHA Lahore.
Moreover, a 1,100 MW Green Hydrogen project through its London company Oracle Energy will also be completed.
Furthermore, the office is collaborating with the Ministry of Health to develop state-of-the-art plasma products in Pakistan.
