QUETTA: The Defense Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta, on March 20, held a balloting ceremony to award commercial plots to Early Bird (EB) investors.
The ceremony was organised at the Creek Club in DHA Karachi. It was attended by several real estate agents, investors, members of the Defence & Clifton Association of Real Estate Agents (DEFCLAREA), and real estate marketing firms.
During the ceremony, DHA Quetta Administrator formally inaugurated the authority’s regional office in Karachi.
Moreover, the regional office located at 38-C Main Bukhari Commercial Lane-11, Phase-6, DHA Karachi, is now operational.
DHA Quetta’s “Early Bird Commercial-2023 deal” includes 4 and 8 marla and 1 kanal commercial files that will later be turned into plots on the DHA Quetta Expressway.
Furthermore, to buy or sell these commercial plots, there are some rules that have been charted out.
As per details, both the person selling the plot and the person buying it must be present in the DHA Quetta office. One will also need to fill out a successful form and a sales agreement.
Additionally, there is a transfer fee for the transfer of plots: PKR 45,000 for 4-marla, PKR 90,000 for 8-marla, and PKR 2,25,000 for 1-kanal.
