Chief Engineer RDA, Director Administration and Finance, Director Metropolitan Planning and Traffic Engineering (MP&TE), Director Land Development and Estate Management (LD&EM), Director Engineering and other RDA officers were also in attendance.

DG RDA also asked the Director MP&TE to get approval for all residential and commercial projects. He also ordered strict action against encroachments, illegal and unauthorised construction, without any tolerance.

He told Director LD&EM to digitise all records and ensure that all construction work is executed in the shortest possible time frame.

DG RDA emphasised that quality shouldn’t be compromised despite the short timeline.
