Islamabad: Capital Development Authority (CDA) Chairman Amir Ali Ahmed has directed the authority to start the process to award contract for development of sector I-15 in Islamabad.
CDA has possession of around ninety percent of the 10,289 plots for sale in sector I-15. The authority has already earmarked funds of Rs.1 billion for development of sector I-15.
CDA Spokesperson Syed Safdar Ali said that development contract for I-15/3 will be awarded and tenders floated within next 10 days. Contract for development of a link road between sector I-14 and sector I-16 passing through sector I-15 Islamabad has been awarded and work is in progress, he added.
