Islamabad: Supreme Court’s (SC) decision of accepting Bahria Town’s offer to pay Rs.460 billion has been welcomed by a large number of real estate agents, builders and various other stakeholders including allottees of Bahria Town Rawalpindi, Karachi and Lahore.
The order by SC has rekindled hopes of allied industries inclusive of cement factories and brick kiln owners preparing for an increased production. Industrialists, builders, developers and Bahria Town allottees across the country has welcomed SC’s decision as a step towards national development.
