Lahore: In a meeting chaired by the LDA Chairman S M Imran, the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has decided to appoint a consultant for the formation of a business and marketing strategy under the project Walk ‘n’ Shop Arena in Johar Town. The appointment will be in lines with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules.
Located on Khayaban-e-Firdousi, the project is spread over 130 kanals of land with 120 two-storey buildings of four marla each. It will be home to showrooms, shops, food places, park, amphi-theatre, mini golf, recreational areas and walkways. Around 85 percent of the development work has already been completed.
The project is designed to embody the cultures and architectures inspired from Mughals, Italy, Spain, America and China and is expected to complete by August 2019.
